Roots & Citrus Juice
(2 big glasses)
8-10 carrots
4 beets
2 lemons
1 lime
2 celery sticks
A bit of fresh ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (optional)
ice cubes (optional)
Peel and cut the roots and fruits in pieces. Run all the ingredients with a juice machine.
Add some ice cubes and serve immediately.
If you like turmeric taste, you can add a tea spoon of the powder or even juice a small bit of turmeric root and mix it with your juice. Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflamatory.
