4 bananas
6 fresh dates or 6 dried dates (soaked previously)
1dl coconut milk
2 tsp coconut oil
1 lemon juice
Chop the bananas and squeeze the lemon. Mix all the ingredients in a food processor or by using a blender until smooth. Add some cacao nibs, coconut flakes or nuts on the top to decorate.
Dates are dried fruits and healthy sweeteners that provide minerals, nutrients and vitamins to your body.
