This is even a favorit among kids. Spice it up by adding extra chills.
Noodles (noodles from, rice, hemp, buckwheat, sweet potatoes or other)
• 1/2 zucchini cut
• 2 shredded carrots
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 shredded peppers
• 1 red onion into thin pieces
• 1 chilli
• 2 cloves
• Salt
• Curry Leaves (if you have)
• Country Broth
Heat a pan with coconut oil and fry the chopped garlic, cloves, curry leaves.
Boil the shredded and cut the vegetables in water with broth and a few pinches of salt. Add spices and noodles and let it all cook together.
