Mango & pear smoothie

(2 small glasses)
1 mango
2-3 pears
1 celery stick
1 lemon
1 cup natural water
1tsp hemp or pumpkin oil
1tsp maca powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
A bit of fresh ginger
Prepare the fruits by peeling and chopping the mango and the pears. Cut the celery and ginger in small bites. Squeeze the lemon. Now place all the ingredients into your blender and mix in high speed until smooth.
Good after your yoga practice as it is high in protein and has anti-inflamatoric benefits.
