Chocolate­Berry & Peanut Butter Milkshake

What better then to start a day with a big glas of milkshake and its healthy :)!

(2 big glasses)

500 ml unsweetened plant milk (in this case almond milk) 4 tbsp organic peanut butter
4 tbsp raw cacao
1 banana

A small piece of fresh ginger
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (in this case mulberries and blueberries)

*You can make the recipe sweeter by adding more banana or maple syrup.

Put the berries in a food processor and mix until you get a creamy texture.
Place the berry puree in a jar. Now, blend the plant milk, peanut butter, banana, a small piece of ginger and raw cacao until smooth. Add the milkshake into the jar, (on the top of the berry puree) by pouring it slowly. Mix with a spoon to combine the berry puree and the milkshake.
