As the air gets fresher this fantastic broccoli soup will not only heat up your body from within but also bring energy to the mind.

• 2-3 heads of broccoli
• 2 dl coconut milk
• 1 red onion
• 1 tsp tumeric
• 1×1 cm ginger
• 1 tsp coocnut oil
• 1 tsp mustard seeds
• 2 garlic cloves.
• 2 chili
• 2 dl cashew nuts
• koriander
• salt
1. Cut the broccoli into pieces and cover nearly with water. Pour
a pinch of salt, turmeric and chopped ginger. Put to boil and
lower the heat.
2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
When the mustard seeds start to crack, it’s time to add in the
chopped garlic cloves, chopped red onion and the chilli split
into two or three pieces.
3. When the broccoli is soft add the coconutmilk and boil a
couple of minutes.
