Wrap:

1 cup buckwheat flour

1 cup water

1 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Sea salt

Coconut oil to fry
Filling:
- Fresh green leaves
-
Sprouts (alfalfa, broccoli…)

1 avocado (sliced)

1 sweet potato (roasted in the oven previously)

Hummus
Mix the buckwheat flour with the spices and the salt with a blender or in a big bowl mixing by hand.
Heat a pan in medium heat, add coconut oil (approx.1 tsp for wrap, this is depending on the size of the pan). Pour some wrap mix and make sure that is well distributed on the whole pan. Fry for about one minute each side, until starts to get crunchy.
Place the wraps on a parchment paper and let them cool down.
To fill the wrap, just add a line af all the ingredients in the middle part of the wrap.
Fold from both sides the wrap to the middle and tight around with some parchment paper or just fold the wrap on half.
