2 ½ cup unsweetened nut milk (almond, cashew…)

1 tsp turmeric powder or ¼ c cold pressed turmeric juice

½ tsp vanilla powder

½ tsp cinnamon

½ cardamon powder or 2 cardamon pods

A bit fresh ginger

A pinch black pepper (optional)

A pinch sea salt

Raw honey
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix in high speed until smooth.
Warm in a saucepan or drink it as a smoothie. Excellent elixir after the yoga practice!
