Chai Golden Milk

(2 cups)

  • 2 ½ cup unsweetened nut milk (almond, cashew…)

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder or ¼ c cold pressed turmeric juice

  • ½ tsp vanilla powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ½ cardamon powder or 2 cardamon pods

  • A bit fresh ginger

  • A pinch black pepper (optional)

  • A pinch sea salt

  • Raw honey

Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix in high speed until smooth.

Warm in a saucepan or drink it as a smoothie. Excellent elixir after the yoga practice!
