Zoom Class-Working with Sirsasana

In this class, we focus on developing a deeper understanding of Sirsasana (headstand). Our primary aim is to build strength and alignment, emphasizing the correct use of the arms, the supportive role of the shoulders, and the work of the upper back to approach the headstand safely. The class is designed to be well-rounded, incorporating movements that target and prepare all areas of the body to support a balanced practice.
