Zoom Class-Finding ease while cultivating stability and strength

This class is designed to cultivate stability and strength in the shoulders while deepening the connection to our core. We begin with gentle movements, allowing the body to ease into awareness, and gradually build toward a refined understanding of how to move with grace and power, particularly when working toward the skill of jumping through. As the sequence unfolds, it encourages not only physical strength but also a sense of balance, focus, and alignment within.
