Winter is a beautiful time to visit my peaceful retreat center. Here, you can immerse yourself in nature, relax in the sauna, take a refreshing dip in the lake, practice yoga in our serene yoga shala, and engage in meaningful conversations.
Over the weekend, we will explore how the practice of yoga, along with various philosophical texts and techniques, can support our daily lives and help us live in greater harmony and balance, both within ourselves and with the society around us. Our mornings will begin with meditation, pranayama, and asana. Each asana class will focus on different themes, incorporating the use of props and individualized approaches to deepen your practice. We will end each day with reflections and meditation.
