The 18-Minute Practice

Build a Steady Mind & Transform Your Practice – One Day at a Time

Are you familiar with the 100-hour rule?
It suggests that if you spend just 18 minutes a day practicing any skill for a year, you’ll surpass 95% of the world in that particular area.

While comparing ourselves to others may not always serve us, we can use this idea as a gentle reminder: meaningful growth doesn’t come from intensity alone, but from consistency — from simply showing up, day after day.

Join me on this quest to nurture a calm, balanced, and resilient mind — one that not only supports us through life’s challenges but also empowers us to shape the lives we aspire to live.

Starting in May
You’ll receive a collection of 8 yoga classes, each approximately 20 minutes long. Two new classes will be released each week, and all are downloadable and suitable for practitioners of all levels.

The series includes a mix of meditation, breathwork, restorative and therapeutic practices, as well as more dynamic sessions. Throughout the month, we’ll build the foundation for a sustainable and transformative yoga practice.

Bonus: Sign up before April 13th to receive a weekly 45-minute live online class throughout May.

We practice better together
It’s easier to stay committed with the support of a community. When you join, you’ll be invited to my private Facebook group — a shared space where we can post daily reflections, share challenges, and celebrate our small (and big) wins.

A yoga practice deepens in the company of others — a kind of sangha — where shared intention, steady practice, and honest dialogue become a source of energy and inspiration. It’s in this space that practice takes root and growth becomes sustainable.

Ready to begin?
Small steps, taken daily, can shape a life. Let’s begin together this May.
