Live Online Class Series

Join me for an Online Class Series where we focus on a therapeutic approach to bring more understanding of the physical practice of yoga, bringing strength and mobility, or healing the body from past injuries.

With this series, I want to teach you how to build a foundation in your body. How to work with component parts of Asana to find ease and understand how to build up your practice through sequencing. This will also help you understand how to safely work towards more high-risk poses.

In our class, we will work through the entire body but with a focus on the specific area, pose, or component we are targeting. The practice will be slow and “soft” meaning finding the right amount of effort in our practice. You will be guided on how to find your place of work in each asana to individually suit each student. We end the class with some stilling practices. I will stay on after our class to answer questions and explain the component parts we have worked on in our practice.

For whom?

This class is open to all levels and styles of practitioners. The class can be helpful for yoga teachers to get some tips on how to work with specific areas in the body or towards specific asanas with students.
