Live Online Classes series for May

Live Online Class Series

Join me for an Online Class Series where I will help you build a deeper understanding of your body and your yoga practice. Together, we will explore the component parts of Asana to find ease and learn how to enhance your practice through effective sequencing. This approach will also guide you in safely working towards more high-risk poses.

In each class, we will work through the entire body but with a focus on the specific area or component we are targeting. The class is specifically designed for an online format, with sequences and instructions crafted to guide you effortlessly, even though we are not in the same room. We end the class with stilling practices. I will stay on after our class to answer questions and explain the sequence and component parts we have worked on in our practice.

For whom?

This class is open to all levels of practitioners as I guide you step by step on how to practice according to your body. The class can also be helpful for teachers, providing tips on how to work with specific areas or guiding students toward particular asanas.
