Caroline's yoga classes are challenging with a sense of ease, warmth and truth. The foundation is "Yoga" which means in the tradition of Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga Vinyasa. The ease comes thorough instructions in order to learn proper alignment and to build from the foundation up. Her sequences are creative and fun, she uses props and smart ways to help you understand how to move towards posture you thought was out of your reach. By that it is also implicated work with the internal battles like fear, ego and unworthiness.

She has a good eye and love for reading and understanding bodies and people. This precision of practice is about aligning asanas as well as what needs to be done in order to get rid of the illusions we might have about ourselves. She emphasizes safety and her focus is  "safe practice" and teaching you to practice from your "here and now" state. 

Her aim is to bring you home, to find your inner space, through yoga and self-awareness.



Caroline has over the last 7 years been trained under the expert eye of her Guru Acharya Ratheesh Mani in this ancient Indian tradition of treatment. 

Kalari Chikilsa is a full body treatment where the therapist uses his feet. The treatment takes about 60min including rest and is based on treating the 108 energy centers and nadis (channels) of the body. Kalari Chikilsa is a complete treatment internally to externally and heals the body from past events and lifestyles, giving it strength and flexibility.

Before your treatment...

Do not eat for at least 1.5h before you come. Do not wear delicate clothing when after the treatment, it is recommended to let the oil sit there for about 30 min before showering. Remember to notify if you have injuries or eat any medication.
